“I invest actively and want good ideas.”
Sam follows the market every day and enjoys it. She owns individual companies, keeps cash ready for the next opportunity, and has ideas of her own most weeks. She is not looking for someone to run her portfolio. She wants an adviser who brings her researched ideas, and who will tell her straight when one of hers is not good enough.
Sam is an illustration, not a client. Nothing on this page is a recommendation or a forecast.

Synergy researches individual companies and gives Sam personal investment advice on them. When the research finds a company worth her attention, the adviser reads it against what Sam already owns, her cash and her plans, and brings her the case, the risks and a suitable amount for her to invest. When Sam brings an idea, the adviser does Synergy’s own work on it and gives her a straight answer.
Some of the ideas the adviser brings her start in Synergy Intelligence, the firm’s own research capability; it gives the adviser a place to start, not an answer. When they discuss a company Synergy follows, the adviser can take Sam through the research behind it and how Synergy’s recorded view of it has developed.
What the advice can be
Each is personal advice, with the reasons, and each is confirmed in writing. Sam knows what acting on advice costs before she acts.
Who decides
Sam does, every time. Nothing is bought or sold without her instruction. She is free to disagree, and sometimes she does; the advice and her decision both go on the file.
If you invest actively and want an adviser who brings ideas and argues back, start with a conversation.
Investment Advice is a regulated advisory service delivered by the investment adviser against your circumstances. Research is not personal advice. Investments can fall as well as rise.
